Common Ground - Meatpacking District,New York

Common Ground is an embodiment of their slogan “we bring people together. A skylit cafe bar by day, NYC hot spot by night. I had a great time here. Spoke to the bouncers and managers and they let us cut the line, but trust me that’s not why I gave it a high score. It just feels like a place you want to be. Great energy and the hanging plants drooping from the ceiling definitely give an interesting visual aspect that I don’t usually see in bars. As the lit up lettering above the well might suggest, Common Ground is indeed ‘JUST A BAR’ but it’s a damn good bar.
